Precision Team Driving Display
|
|
During the summer the Troop performs its Musical Drive at agricultural shows and military tattoos up and down the country, and abroad. The Drive is a spectacular display of horsemanship with the six gun teams describing complex manouevres, circling and charging in line abreast. The fact that there are no brakes on the guns or the limbers adds to the excitement. The display ends with the precision 'scissors' movement when the guns cross in the centre of the arena at full gallop with very little gap between each charging team.
